A quick guide to what makes us different
Given that the world is having a hiatus right now, it has given us time to analyse what we do and how we do it. While we have our history in motorsport and associated branded product, did you know that we do much more than that? We've made some mistakes along the way and we're not afraid to admit it. Whoever thought a carbon leather football would be a market winner? Luckily, we have that on a shelf to remind us what we don't do. We do, however, do a great customer experience. From initial conversation to full delivery, we aim to work as part of your team, not for ourselves.
We are more than just motorsport
That is another thing. While we do love it, our drive is to help you create something that supports your brand. From key rings to complete luggage, corporate portfolio's to adventure backpacks, we aim to create something of lasting value. We are known for our leather expertise but we also cater for textiles too. We are always looking at new fabric, designs and technology which you will see us deploy during this year. We've made some bad things
Yep, I said it. Sometimes, we have tried too hard to accommodate requests and we won't do that anymore. We have a small wall of shame for these items and they act as a reminder for us to be better, do better, try harder and not compromise on our quality.
We've made some great things
Conversely, there are many more products that we have that give us great pride in our work. Our heritage product has served us well but the new products, the new designs, they are helping to move us forward and shake things up in our market.
It isn't cheap
Again, we know that we can cut corners. But we don't. Our integrity is built on having a product that lasts. Why gift an item to a client who may spend millions with your business and then be cheap and gift them something that shows you don't care? Vegan leather? Great but what is it?* We'll do another post soon on sustainability and how we believe education is needed rather than a simple trend. Our team are always looking to make deep research into what works as a product and for the planet before simple profit. Our product is competitively priced but quality of product will live long after price. *It's a bi-product from the oil industry, toxic and all round nasty.
We're a nice bunch of people to do business with
Sound modest? Yeah, well, it should. We actually care about you. We don't want to just do a project and then never talk with you again. We want to keep in touch. We are a creative bunch who are always thinking of ideas and these might work for you. They might not. But isn't it nice to sometimes just talk to someone about what you're going through and have them listen? We aren't heavy sellers just a trusted voice to help you give your clients a great experience. We also make great tea and generally bring biscuits and laughter to a meeting.
We know what we're talking about
Of course you think we'll say that but we actually do. The mistakes we've made means that you don't have to. We know what works, we know what doesn't. We know how to leave the right impression with your customers and we can help you keep them. We know the competition and we know all our strengths and weaknesses. We're happy to tell you what they are too. We'll tell you if we think we're the right fit and we'll tell you if we're not. Time is precious and we don't intend to waste yours.
